摘要
介绍了江苏新海石化有限公司混合油加氢装置高压空冷器EC2101存在的腐蚀问题。高压空冷器运行8 a后在2016年7月检修中委托两家检测公司对其管束进行了内旋转超声检测,原管束的壁厚3 mm,发现管束腐蚀减薄严重,腐蚀最薄处测厚仅1.18 mm,腐蚀减薄已达61%,已属于严重腐蚀。分析发现管束的腐蚀存在一定的规律。随着加工原料的劣化,加工硫、氯含量高的原料不可避免。高压空冷器是加氢装置的关键部位,也是最容易发生腐蚀泄漏的地方。分析了混合油加氢高压空冷器的腐蚀情况及腐蚀原因,提出通过计算KP值调整注水量,优化温度分布,定期检测等方式来控制管束腐蚀问题。
The corrosion problems in the high-pressure( HP) air cooler( EC-2101) for the mixed oil hydrotreating unit in Jiangsu Xinhai Petrochemical Group Co.,Ltd. are introduced and analyzed. In the maintenance in July 2016 after 8 years' operation of the HP air cooler,two maintenance companies were invited to test the tubes of the HP cooler by internal rotary ultrasonic inspection system. It was found that the corrosion thinning was serious,the thickness of the thinnest part of corrosion was 1. 18 mm,the wall thickness of the tube was 3 mm and the corrosion thinning was 61%,which was serious corrosion. The law of corrosion was found in the analysis. As the quality of oil feedstock became increasingly poorer,it is inevitable the S and Cl in the feed became increasingly higher. The HP air cooler is in the critical part of the hydrotreating unit and it is also the equipment subject to corrosion leaking. The corrosion and the causes of corrosion of the HP air cooler are analyzed. It is proposed that the KPshould be calculated to determine the amount of water injection,the temperature distribution should be optimized and testing should be conducted as scheduled so as to control the corrosion of tube bundles. All these have provided a good reference for the long-term safe operation of HP air coolers.
