摘要
利用金相显微镜、光谱仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等设备,对0Cr18Ni9钢的发电机组润滑油出口管的开裂段进行了失效分析。结果表明,晶间腐蚀和焊缝腐蚀是润滑油出口管开裂的主要原因,润滑油出口管在使用前已被严重腐蚀。
Burst analysis of lubricant output pipe,made of 0Cr18Ni9 steel,on power generating unit was carried out using metallurgic microscope,spectrometer,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the intergranular corrosion and weld corrosion are the main reason of lubricant outlet pipe cracking and the lubricant outlet pipe has been seriously corroded before use.
