摘要
文章针对乙酸罐内表面产生的选择性腐蚀,采用光学显微镜观察显微组织,并用DV-2型直读光谱仪和JSM-6380LA扫描电子显微镜携带的俄歇能谱仪对钢材、腐蚀产物和铁素体相的主要成分进行了分析,找出了产生选择性腐蚀的原因。
Against the selective corrosion on the inner surface of the acid tanks, this paper observes the microstructure with optical microscope, analyzes the main components of the steel, corrosion products and ferrite phace with DV-2 direct reading spectrometer and the auger spectrometer carried by JSM-6380LA sem, and finds out the causes of the selective corrosion.
