摘要
目前有关5A06铝合金及其焊缝腐蚀的研究较少。采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS),研究了5A06铝合金及同组成的焊接材料在3.5%Na Cl溶液、自来水和60%醋酸中静态条件下的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:与原材料相比,5A06铝合金焊接材料在3.5%Na Cl溶液中腐蚀明显加剧,在60%醋酸中腐蚀速率略微增大,在自来水中腐蚀程度几乎相当;焊接材料在3.5%Na Cl溶液和自来水中都形成了较为稳定的钝化膜。
Electrochemical corrosion behaviors of5A06 aluminum alloy and its welding materials of the same compositions in 3. 5% NaC l solution,tap water and 60% acetic acid solution respectively were studied by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( EIS). Results showed that in 3. 5% NaC l solution the welding materials had been much more seriously corroded than 5A06 alloy. In the 60% acetic acid solution,the corrosion rate of the welding materials was slightly higher than that of 5A06 alloy. In the tap water the corrosion degree was similar for both materials. A relativity stable passivation film formed on the welding materials in both 3. 5% NaC l solution and tap water.
