摘要
采用全浸泡腐蚀法对2A12铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头进行了腐蚀性能测试,结合焊缝腐蚀机制、腐蚀产物能谱图和微观形貌对接头表面、截面的耐腐蚀性能进行了分析。结果表明,腐蚀由点蚀开始,最后发展为晶间腐蚀。截面热影响区的耐腐蚀性能比焊核的差,表面热影响区的耐腐蚀性能与焊核的相当,截面各区域的耐腐蚀性能总体比表面各区域的差。
The full immersion etching method was utilized to study the corrosion property of the friction stir weld of 2A12 aluminum alloy. The corrosion resistance of the surface and the cross section of the joint were analyzed through corrosion mechanism analysis, energy spectrum diagram analysis of corrosion products and microstructure observation of the joint. The results show that the corrosion starts from pitting and finally becomes inter-granular corrosion. The corrosion resistance of the heat affected zone is worse than that of the weld nugget of the joint while the heat affected zone on the surface is similar to the weld nugget. The corrosion resistance of the cross section is generally worse than that of the surface of the weld.
