摘要
针对链式输送机在运行中经常出现链轮断裂失效、机器损毁,威胁人身及设备安全等情况。运用有限元软件,计算出链轮的应力应变及分布情况,计算得到应力、应变分布等数据。分析结果表明链轮结构满足力学性能要求。通过材料力学计算对链轮进行载荷分析,验证了有限元计算结果。
Aiming at the broken sprocket failure and damaged machine threatening personal and equipment safety frequently in the operation of chain conveyor. Through the finite element software calculation,the stress and strain calculation and distribution of sprocket were completed,the data of stress and strain distribution were obtained by calculation. The analysis results showed that the sprocket structure meets the requirement of mechanical performance. The load analysis of chain wheel was carried out by material mechanics calculation,the finite element calculation results were verified.
