摘要
对一种新型的液压支架试验台护帮板测试装置进行研究。建立了三维模型,进行了有限元受力分析,得出了应力云图和位移云图;同时利用油缸实现全程自动化,提高了效率;经过调试可以满足GB 25974.1-2010《煤矿用液压支架第1部分:通用技术条件》标准中的要求。
This paper focus on a new design of sprag test equipment.A 3D model of the equipment has been built,and has been analyzed via FEM.The data of displacement and stress has been gotten.At the same time,the use of rams makes the test easier.At last,it met with the standard of GB 25974.1- 2010 ＆lt; Safety requirements for powered support—Part 2：S pecification for power set legs and rams ＆gt; fully.
