Optimal Design and Experimental Research of the Chain Plate based on FEM

摘要 通过分析链板的受力情况,提出改善链板结构形状,改变了链板薄弱环节的受力情况,降低了受拉应力最大区的拉应力值,同时根据链板外侧圆弧结构的受力情况,提出链板圆弧段为多曲线段设计方法,提高了链板的抗拉强度和疲劳性能。通过试验验证,相比传统的链板形状,链板的抗拉强度提高了5%-10%,疲劳性能提高了6%-12%。 By analyzing the chain plate force situation, improving the chain plate structure of the chain plate shape is puts forward, the forces of the weak links of the chain plate is changed and the tensile stress the maximum tensile stress area is reduced. According to the forces of the outer chain plate arc structure, the multi -arc segment curve segment design method is proposed to improve the chain tensile strength and fatigue strength of the chain plate. By the experimental verification, comparing with the traditional chain plate shape, the tensile strength of the this chain plates is increased by 5% - 10% and the fatigue performance is increased by 6% - 12%.
