摘要
作为一种不可或缺的污水预处理设备,细格栅对维持整个污水处理工艺的正常运行具有重要作用。针对前锋污水处理厂细格栅在实际运行过程中故障频发的问题,将原有的转鼓式细格栅改造为不锈钢孔板格栅,并对改造前后除砂性能、出水水质、运行能耗等进行了评估分析,为污水处理厂细格栅的选型和实际运行提供了一定的参考。
As an indispensable sewage pretreatment equipment,fine grille plays an important role in maintaining the normal operation of the whole sewage treatment process.The problem that frequent malfunction of fine screen during the process of practical operation in Qianfeng sewage treatment plant was analyzed.The original drum type fine screen was transformed into stainless steel orifice grille,and the performances of sand removal,effluent water quality,operation energy consumption before and after reconstruction were compared.The results could provide certain reference for the selection and practical operation of fine screen in sewage treatment plant.
