摘要
渤海区域数座油田经过十几年的注水开发,普遍进入高含水开发期。海洋平台产液增加,原油脱水、采出水处理、净化水回注地层的矛盾日益突出,"水"成了平台上部组块研究的主要对象。结合案例重点阐述了渤海区域海洋平台上部组块原油脱水系统、采出水处理系统及注水系统的改造,达到海洋平台节能降耗、降本增效、安全环保的目的。
After more than ten years of water injection development,several oil fields in Bohai region have generally entered high water-cut development stage. The contradictions of increasing liquid production in offshore platforms,dehydration of crude oil,treatment of produced water and purification of water back into the strata Are becoming increasingly prominent. "Water " has been the main problem for the topside. The modifications of the crude oil dehydration system,the production water treatment system and water injection system in Bohai Gulf offshore oil platform were especially expounded,so as to achieve the purpose of energy-saving and consumption-reducing,cost-decreasing and benefit-increasing,and safety and environmental protection.
