摘要 用生物法处理石西油田采出水(简称采出水),通过中试试验考察了采出水的处理效果。试验结果表明:处理水量为2.5 m^3/h、进水中COD小于600 mg/L时,出水中COD一般稳定在90~120 mg/L,COD去除率一般在70%以上;出水中挥发酚、油质量浓度分别为0.007~0.219,0.1~1.8 mg/L,达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中的二级标准。对油去除效果较好的SYB,SYG,SYJ均为杆状单生鞭毛铜绿假单胞菌。 The produced water in Shixi oilfield was treated by biological process. The treatment effects were examined by pilot tests. The results show that: When the quantity of produced water is 2.5 m^3/h and the influent COD is less than 600 mg/L, the effluent COD is 90 - 120 mg/L, and the COD removal rate is above 70% ; The mass concentrations of volatile phenol and oil in the effluent is 0.007 -0. 219 mg/L and 0.1 -1.8 mg/L respectively, which can meet the secondary grades of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard GB8978--1996; The strains SYB, SYG, SYJ, which have better effects on oil removal, are all Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains with rod shape and single flagellum.
