摘要
本文针对姬六联合站沉降罐在运行过程中,出现的非常规乳化层的特点和性质进行研究,乳化层中固态不溶物的实验分析,探讨了姬六联合站沉降罐中非常规乳化层形成原因;通过实验分别考察了措施液,油中固态不溶物对原油脱水的影响,不同破乳剂针对此类乳化油的脱水表现,含聚合物乳化油专用破乳剂有很强的针对性,同时制定相应的解决方法并进行现场应用,解决了实际问题。
Based on the sixth joint station of Jiyuan sedimentation tank in the process of running, the unconventional emulsion layer through the research of the characteristics and properties of emulsion layer in solid insolubles experimental analysis,discusses the six joint station sedimentation tank unconventional emulsion layer formation.Through experiment respectively investigates the measures liquid,oil in solid insolubles influence on crude oil dehydration,aiming at this kind of emulsified oil demulsifier dehydration performance,including special polymer emulsified oil demulsifier have very strong pertinence, and formulate the corresponding solution and on-site applications, solves the actual problem.
