摘要
通过分析起套管事故典型原因,就钻井设计、套管和附件检查核实、裸眼井和套管井井眼准备、现场操作等方面进行了预防措施剖析,最后提出了悬挂器回接筒内径和长度标准化、采用顶驱下套管装置循环下套管、淘汰试下套管工艺以及发挥钻井监督在过程控制中的作用等建议。
Through the analysis of the typical causes of casing accidents, the prevention measures of the casing accidents are analyzed from the aspects of drilling design, the check and verification of casing and its accessories, the borehole preparation of open hole well and casing well, field operation and so on. Finally, some suggestions are put forward, such as the standardization of the inner diameter and length of the hanger return tube, circulatorily running casing using the top-driving running casing device, eliminating try running casing process, playing the role of drilling supervision in process control.
