摘要
模拟套管工况进行上、卸扣评价试验。分析计算镀层对特殊螺纹径向过盈量影响,认为上、卸扣试验时背钳夹持位置和夹持力对接头抗粘扣性能有显著影响;镀层厚度对特殊螺纹接头上扣性能和密封性能有显著影响。建议规范作业方式,上、卸扣时背钳靠近接箍下半部夹持;对于不同的特殊螺纹接头,选择合适的涂层厚度。
An investigation and failure analysis on galling of premium thread casing are given in this paper.The analysis contents include makeup/breakout test and theory calculation on coating for thread interference.It is considered that blessing position and blessing force has a significant impact on anti-galling performance of connection.It was suggested that standard operation should be recommended with reasonable blessing position and blessing force.It is considered that coating has a significant impact on thread interference.It was suggested that standard operation with reasonable coating layer thickness;should be selected.
