摘要
案例分析法是点控监督模式基础性系列方法之一,是落实点控监督责任的重要支撑点。以"规范化、专业化、标准化"的技术监督之路为背景,简要介绍了点控监督模式的"结构体"理论,如种源因素和境源因素。系统阐述了以"结构体"理论为基础的案例分析法的主要内容和做法,包括案例内容范畴、目标与原则、组织与管理制度、管理程序与要求、案例应用流程与制度、奖罚要求等内容,并对其应用效果进行了分析。
Case analysis is one of the basic methods for point control supervision mode, and it is an important support point for implementing spot control supervision responsibility. Taking the technical supervision of ＂normalization, specialization and standardization＂ as the background, the ＂structure body＂ theory of the point control supervision mode is briefly introduced, such as provenance factor and environmental source factor. The main contents and methods of case analysis based on the ＂structure body＂ theory are systematically expounded, including the content category, goals and principles, organization and management system, management procedures and requirements of case analysis, the process and system of case application, the requirements of rewards and punishments and so on, and the application results of the case analysis method are analyzed.
