摘要
以确保勘探与生产工程质量和生产安全为目标,以强化监督力量基础建设和加强监督管理为手段,通过强化监督队伍素质、深化监督管理、学习先进管理经验等方式,促进工程监督在组织机构建设、制度完善和队伍培养等多方面的提高。指出,要健全与勘探生产规模相适应的工程监督管理机构,不断创新监督管理方法。
In order to ensure the exploration and production engineering quality and the production safety, the engineering supervision is improved in the aspects of organization construction, system perfection, work-staff training etc. by improving the quality of supervising team, deepening the supervising management and learning advanced management experience. It is pointed out that a sound engineering supervising management organization suitable for the scale of exploration production should be established, and the super- vising management means should continuously be innovated.
