摘要
分析了中国石油工程监督人才发展的现状,针对当前监督人才发展面临的主要问题,提出了制定合理的监督培养目标、建立科学的监督培养方式、创建完善的监督考评体系等监督人才培养对策;同时提出了增加工程监督岗位设置、加强工程监督队伍建设、强化工程监督职业资格管理、实施工程监督信息化管理等监督人才管理对策。
The development status quo of petroleum engineering supervision personnel in China is analyzed, and some measures in the training of petroleum engineering supervision personnel are put forward according to the main problems currently facing in the development of petroleum engineering supervision personnel, such as formulating reasonable training objeetives, establishing scientific training methods, and creating a perfect evaluation system, ete. At the same time, the management countermeasures of petroleum en- gineering supervision personnel are put forward, such as increasing the engineering supervision post, strengthening the construction of the engineering supervision team, strengthening the management of the engineering supervision vocational qualification, and imple- menting the information management of the engineering supervision.
