去除黄曲霉毒素的菌种筛选及其去除特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 花生或花生粕易受到黄曲霉毒素的污染,影响产品安全和动物健康。为筛选具有高效去除黄曲霉毒素能力的菌株,本试验以香豆素为唯一碳源和能源,对各种目标菌株进行初筛,再将活性较好菌株与黄曲霉毒素(AFB_1)共培养后,通过测定AFB_1降解率进行复筛,同时在含有黄曲霉毒素的花生粕培养基中进行验证,并对高效菌株的去除特性进行了初步考察。结果显示,经过初筛和复筛过程,筛选出2株芽孢杆菌、1株乳酸菌和1株酵母菌具有AFB_1去除能力;利用验证过程和对AFB_1去除率的高低,确定枯草芽孢杆菌为高效去除AFB_1菌株;比较枯草芽孢杆菌各组分去除AFB_1能力发现,枯草芽孢杆菌去除AFB_1的能力主要由菌体代谢产生的某种活性物质主导,并提示其是一种胞外物质。 Peanut meal is susceptible to aflatoxin,and which affects product safety and animal health.The aim of this research was to select the becteria strain that could degrade aflatoxin B1(AFB1).Firstly,8 bacteria strains were researched by using coumarin as the sole carbon source,and then re-screening processes were done by co-culture(bacteria and AFB1) and determination of AFB1 degradation rate.The results showed that Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactobacillus plantarum were selected to degrade AFB1.Then,Bacillus subtilis was selected for the following fermentation when four strains were used to ferment the peanut meal containing AFB1.Lastly,the components of the fermentation broth of Bacillus subtilis were isolated and detected.The results suggested that the degradation activity of Bacillus subtilisis mainly dominated by some active substance produced by the metabolism of bacteria,and it was an extracellular substance.
