摘要
为了解黄曲霉毒素的检测方法,从采样与样品准备、提取净化、测定方法等方面对黄曲霉毒素的分析方法进行了综述。
In order to know about the determination for aflatoxins in foods and feeds, the analytical methods for aflatoxins were reviewed including sampling, sample preparation, extracting, clean-up, and measurement.
