摘要
围绕供需匹配过程,通过扎根于时尚品企业需求管理实践的多案例研究,深入分析需求链匹配能力的内涵与本质,探究需求链管理中有效发展需求链匹配能力的策略。研究发现,需求链匹配能力具有动态能力的特性;借助动态能力理论,将需求链匹配能力分解为需求感知能力、需求链把控能力和需求链重塑能力,并对3种能力的性质与微观基础进行阐述;提出企业需求链匹配能力的发展策略必须同时开发和应用3种能力,才能建立和维持企业竞争优势。
Focusing on the matching process of supply and demand,this paper develops a multi case study on the demand management practice of fashion enterprises.This research deeply analyzes the connotation and essence of demand chain alignment competence,and explores its effective development strategy.The study shows that the demand chain alignment competence has the characteristics of dynamic capability;based on dynamic capability theory,demand chain alignment competence is disaggregated into demand sensing capacity,demand chain seizing capacity and demand chain reconfiguring capacity,and their nature and micro-foundations are elaborated;this paper put forwards the development strategy of demand chain alignment competence and it is believed that three capabilities must be developed and applied at the same time to establish and maintain competitive advantage.
