摘要
跨境电商作为新兴业态已成为当前国际贸易转型升级的主渠道,跨文化交际能力是跨境电商成败的关键。文章在分析跨境电商中存在的文化冲突问题基础上,指出跨文化交际能力内涵及其重要性,并进一步提出跨文化交际能力提升的策略,以期推动跨境电商的发展。
Cross-border e-commerce has become the main channel for the transformation and upgrading of international trade, and cross-cultural communicative competence is the key to the success or failure of cross-border e-commerce. Based on the analysis of cultural conflict problems caused in cross-border e- commerce, this paper points out the connotation and importance of the cross-cultural communicative com- petence and further puts forward the strategies to improve such competence, with a view to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce.
