摘要
对微焦点场发射电子枪的仿真实验提出了一套完整的设计方案。使用CST PARTICLE STUDIO计算机模拟软件,利用分割二次模拟方法,对由膜孔静电透镜和单电位静电透镜构成聚焦系统的微焦点阵列场发射电子枪进行模拟仿真实验,实现了对阴极尖端场强、电子束发散角和阳极电子束斑的模拟,并以直观的形式进行展现。学生通过该仿真实验,可深入理解微焦点场发射电子枪的结构、工作原理和场发射特性相关知识。
A simulation program of the micro-focus array field emission electron gun was designed in this paper. By using the CST PARTICLE STUDIO simulation software, segmentation method was used to simulate the micro-focus array field emission electron gun that composed of membrane electrostatic lens and single-potential electrostatic lens. The simulating results of the field strength near the cathode, electron beam divergence angle and the electron beam spot were obtained and displayed in an intuitive way. Through the simulation experiments, students can understand the structure and working principle of the micro-focus array field emission electron gun.
