X射线数字成像技术在特高压盆式绝缘子缺陷诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 通过模具设计、环氧绝缘件浇注、脱模、修整等工序制造出了厚度为30mm、60mm、90mm的盆式绝缘子气孔和裂纹人工伤试块,其中气孔缺陷的直径为0.5mm^5.0mm,裂纹缺陷的宽度为0.3mm、深度为0.2mm^3.0mm。采用X射线实时成像检测系统和微焦点射线机分别对气孔和裂纹缺陷进行了检测,对比了焦点尺寸对检测灵敏度的影响。研究结果对于特高压盆式绝缘子检测灵敏度的提高具有指导意义。 Basin insulator test blocks of pores and cracks injury with the thickness of 30 mm,60 mm,and 90 mm were produced under the processes of mold design,casting,stripping,and trimming etc.The diameter of pore defects is 0.5 mm^5.0 mm,the width of the cracks is 0.3 mm,and the depth of the cracks is 0.2 mm-3.0 mm.X-ray real-time imaging detection system and micro-focus ray machine were used to detect pore and crack defects,respectively,the influence of focal spot size on the detection sensitivity was also compared.The result is instructive for the improvement of detection sensitivity in UHV basin insulator.
