摘要
本文利用激光超声方法来测量碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的弹性模量,详细介绍了测量原理和测量系统.利用Q值可调的Nd∶YAG脉冲激光器在复合材料试件中激发超声波,超声波由激光超声接收仪接收,经过解调器后在数字示波器上显示,获取超声声速.根据超声声速与材料弹性模量之间的固有关系,可以反演材料的弹性模量.实验表明,利用激光超声方法获得的测量结果与采用动态法得到的理论参考值相吻合,偏差在3%以内,并且操作简单可行.
The laser-generated ultrasonic is presented to measure the elastic modulus of carbon fiber/epoxy resin composite. The theory and system are introduced in detail. A Q-switched Nd:YAG pulse laser is used for generating ultrasonic in composite specimen, and the ultrasonic is received by the laser-generated ultrasonic receiver. Then the electrical signal through the demodulator is displayed on the digital oscilloscope to obtain the ultrasonic velocity. According to the inherent relationship between the ultrasonic velocity and the elastic modulus, the elastic modulus is derived. The measuring results by this method agree with the reference value by the dynamic measurement, and the deviation is within 3 %. The method can be manipulated easily.
