摘要
脚蹬位移测试校准技术是飞机舵面参数高精度测试校准技术研究重点之一,其可靠性和准确度对飞行试验安全有着十分重要的影响。传感器选型和测试校准方法是影响脚蹬位移测试可靠性和精度的两个最重要因素,根据飞机现场实际应用和工件环境,选择合适传感器.并对校准方法进行改进,不仅提高了传感器可靠性、测量分辨率和测量精度,还解决了部分飞机脚蹬位移测试受仁位影响的问题。实验结果经实际飞行验证,测试校准方法可行,能够达到预期目的,对该领域工程应用具有一定参考价值。
The reliability and accuracy of pedals displacement test and calibration technology is one of the key points in the research of high precision test and calibration of aircraft rudder surface parameters. Sensor selection and test calibration methods are the two most important factors that affect the reliability and accuracy of pedals displacement testing. Ac- cording to the actual application and working environment of the aircraft, suitable sensors are selected and the calibration methods are improved. It not only improves the reliability, resolution and accuracy of the sensor, but also solves the problem that the displacement test of some aircraft is affected by the position of the pin. The experimental results are verified by actual flight, the test calibration method is feasible, and can achieve the expected purpose. It has a certain ref- erence value for the application of engineering in this field.
