基于电磁感应的血栓弹力图仪测量系统设计

摘要 为了提升恶性血液肿瘤的临床诊治效果,研究提出了一种血栓弹力图仪,该血栓弹力图仪以非接触式电磁感原理为基础,通过设计角度传感器来实现信号的检测,并同时设计传感器系统和测量系统。在传感器的性能测试中显示,研究提出的非接触式电磁感应角度传感器在测量中的误差较小,在残差分析中,测量值与理论值之间的误差绝对值小于0.01。最后在血栓弹力图仪的检测应用中显示,针对恶性血液肿瘤的β_2微球蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶、铁蛋白、白蛋白,血栓弹力图仪的检测误差率能够控制在0.7%以下。以上结果表明,研究所设计的血栓弹力图仪具有较好的检测准确率,能够为恶性血液肿瘤的临床检测提供思路。 In order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of malignant blood tumors,a thromboelastograph is proposed.This thromboelastograph is based on the principle of non-contact electromagnetic induction.It realizes signal detection by designing an angle sensor,and simultaneously designs a sensor system and a measuring system.The performance test of the sensor shows that the error of the non-contact electromagnetic induction angle sensor proposed in the study is small in the measurement.In the residual analysis,the absolute error between the measured value and the theoretical value is less than 0.01.Finally,in the detection and application of thromboelastographβ2 The detection error rate of microglobulin,lactate dehydrogenase,ferritin,albumin and thromboelastometer can be controlled below 0.7%.The above results show that the thromboelastograph designed by the research institute has good detection accuracy and can provide ideas for clinical detection of malignant blood tumors.
