摘要 转化生长因子β诱导基因(transforming growth factor β induced gene,TGFBI)在不同肿瘤中有着启动或者抑制肿瘤的作用。抑癌基因启动子高甲基化导致基因沉默,这是许多肿瘤发生发展的早期事件并影响着肿瘤的治疗及预后。该文主要从TGFBI作为抑癌基因角度,阐述其启动子高甲基化在相关肿瘤中的研究进展,以期为肿瘤早期诊断、治疗及预后提供思路。 Transforming growth factor β induced gene(TGFBI) has an activating or inhibiting effect in different tumors. Hypermethylation of promoters in tumor suppressor genes leads to gene silencing,which is an early event in the tumor development and also affects the treatment and prognosis of tumors. To provide insights for the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of tumor,this article reviews the recent progress on promoter hypermethylation of tumor suppressor gene TGFBI in related cancers.
