摘要
目的:探讨肠胃营养支持联合康复外科护理在胃癌全胃切除术患者中的的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月—2021年7月于东南大学附属中大医院肠胃外科行胃癌全胃切除术治疗的患者112例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组给予肠胃营养支持,观察组在对照组基础上实施康复外科护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后肠胃营养阻碍情况、营养指标。结果:护理后,两组患者指南推荐及执行策略、ICU资源、营养专家支持、患者营养输注、患者家属态度行为评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者转铁蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白指标水平均低于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠胃营养支持联合康复外科护理在胃癌全胃切除术患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者肠胃营养阻碍情况及营养指标水平,提升患者肠胃恢复效果,加快康复。
Objective:To explore the application effect of gastrointestinal nutrition support combined with rehabilitation surgery nursing in patients with gastric cancer undergoing total gastrectomy.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2021,112 patients with gastric cancer who underwent total gastrectomy in Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery,Zhongda Hospital,Southeast University were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received gastrointestinal nutrition support.The observation group received rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The gastrointestinal nutrition obstruction and nutrition indexes before and after nursing in the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,patient guideline recommendation and implementation strategy,ICU resources,nutrition expert support,patient's nutrition infusion,and family member's attitude and behavior scores in two groups were lower than those before nursing,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of transferrin,albumin and prealbumin in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The gastrointestinal nutrition support combined with rehabilitation surgery nursing has significant application effects in patients with gastric cancer undergoing total gastrectomy,it can improve the gastrointestinal nutrition obstruction and nutrition index levels of patients,improve the gastrointestinal recovery effect of patients,and accelerate recovery.
