摘要
海上双馈风力发电机存在运行条件恶劣、可及性差、故障维修困难等多种海上不确定因素,可能使故障恶化带来巨大的经济损失,因此提出以电流估计差为故障特征量的双馈风力发电机定子绕组匝间短路故障诊断方法。首先,在双馈电机(doubly-fed induction generator,DFIG)定子绕组匝间短路故障数学模型中,提出可以反映故障相特征的故障矢量参数;推导得到基于电流估计差的数学表达式;通过实测的电机参数做负反馈,提取由定子绕组匝间短路故障引起的电流估计差的负序分量。实验结果表明,该方法能够精准识别匝间短路系数并定位故障相,对非理想工况具有鲁棒性。
The poor operation environment of the offshore doubly-fed wind power generator, poor accessibility, and the fault is difficult to be repaired in time may bring huge economic losses. In this paper, a new detection approach based on current estimate difference was proposed for detection inter-turn faults in stator windings of offshore wind doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG). Firstly, the inter-turn fault model of DFIG was established in which the fault phase error vector parameter is deduced. Then this vector parameter can reflect the characteristics of the fault phase. Finally, by filter out the estimation error produced by initial condition error or parameter errors, eliminating the non-ideal conditions affect current estimation error. The results from experiment show that the method can detect inter-turn fault ratio and locate fault phase, and robust to non-ideal conditions.
