摘要
为了降低海上风电场的度电成本,避免可及性差导致的维护困难,提出一种海上双馈风电机组开路故障的容错方法。首先,根据开路故障的位置特点给出不同的硬件重构方案。然后,针对转子侧变流器单相开路故障,优化故障后的三相四开关变频器调制信号,同时加入直流电压偏差,补偿故障引起的直流电容电压波动。仿真与实验结果表明,发生单相开路故障后,通过软、硬件容错技术可实现无冗余配置下的非备份式容错运行,提高机组的可用率。
In order to reduce per kilowatt hour cost in offshore wind farms and avoid maintenance difficulties caused by accessibility , a fault‐tolerant method for wind turbines based on doubly‐fed induction generator (DFIG) is put forward . First of all , different hardware reconfiguration schemes are given according to the different locations and characteristics of the open ‐circuit faults . Then , when single‐phase open‐circuit fault occurs in machine‐side converter , three‐phase four‐switch inverter modulation signals are optimized and the DC voltage deviation is added at the same time to compensate capacitor voltage fluctuation . Simulation and experimental results show that when single‐phase open‐circuit fault of DFIG‐based wind turbines is occurred , backup‐free fault‐tolerant operation is realized without redundancy by hardware reconfiguration and software fault tolerance , and the availability ratio of DFIG‐based wind turbines is also improved .
