摘要
通过对市域铁路及其发展背景概述介绍,结合多年从事市域铁路研究、设计经历,就《关于促进市域(郊)铁路发展的指导意见》,从属性定义、功能定位、实施策略及发展条件、技术体系及主要技术特点、审批程序、合作机制及运营补偿、投融资模式、综合开发等方面谈谈对市域铁路的理解与体会。
The author, combined with years of engaged in urban railway research and design experience, introduced the urban railway and its development background in terms of the Guidance on Promoting the Development of Urban （Suburbs） Railway, and discussed the superficial understanding and experience of the urban railway in many aspects, including the attribute definition, function orientation, implementation strategy and development conditions, technical system and the main technical characteristics, approval procedures, cooperation mechanism and operational compensation, investment and financing model, and comprehensive development.
