摘要
市域(郊)铁路是具有都市圈中心与周边城镇中长距离通勤功能的公共交通系统,广义上的市域(郊)铁路包含具有市域(郊)功能的铁路和城市轨道交通。结合中国有关市域(郊)铁路的规范与规定,参考国际先进城市类似的轨道交通规划建设经验,探讨中国市域(郊)铁路的发展要求。以广州市为例,系统分析市域(郊)铁路探索与实践历程,基于区域发展、轨道交通和道路规划建设成果,明确其内涵。从功能定位、规划建设和运营管理方面对市域(郊)铁路开展研究。提出未来发展市域(郊)铁路的对策:应明确其作为城际铁路和城市轨道交通中间层次的功能定位,基于实际采用整合既有线路与新建线路的规划建设模式,加强技术标准统筹和管理部门协调,完善交通衔接。
Metropolitan railway is a public transit system that provides services for medium-and long-distance commuting travel between the central area of the metropolitan and surrounding cities and towns.In general,a metropolitan railway system includes rail transit in cities and railways with metro-politan transportation functions.Based on guidance and specification of metropolitan railway in Chi-na,as well as rail transit planning and construction experiences in developed cities around the world,this paper discusses the development requirements of metropolitan railway in China.By reviewing the practices in metropolitan railway development in Guangzhou,China,the functionality of metropolitan railway is summarized based on regional development,rail transit,and roadway planning and construc-tion.The paper also includes discussion of the metropolitan railway development from the perspective of function definition,planning and construction,and operation management.The paper suggests the intermediate functionality of metropolitan railway between intercity railway and urban rail transit.To promote sustainable development of metropolitan railway,it is necessary to consolidate existing and newly-built rail lines,enhance the coordination of technical standards and administrative departments,and improve transportation connection.
