摘要
目的:探讨经皮微创接骨板内固定(Minimally Invasive Plate Osteosynthesis,MIPO)治疗肱骨干中段骨折的效果及对患者骨代谢指标、炎症因子的影响。方法:将2016年1月-2017年7月因肱骨干中段骨折于本院治疗的80例患者纳入研究,并依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组用传统切开复位内固定治疗,观察组采用MIPO术治疗,治疗6个月后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨钙素(BGP)高于对照组,胶原羟基末端肽(CTX)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Mayo评分及Constant-Murley功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用MIPO治疗肱骨干中段骨折效果显著,可改善骨代谢并减轻炎症反应,有助于骨折修复,值得推广。
Objective:To discuss the effect of percutaneous MIPO for the treatment of humeral midshaft fracture and its effects on bone metabolism index and inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 80 patients treated with humeral midshaft fracture in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to table of random numbers,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation,the observation group were treated with MIPO.After 6 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result:After the treatment,hs-CRP and TNF-α of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05);BGP of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,CTX of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05);Mayo score and Constant-Murley score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effect of MIPO in the treatment of humeral midshaft fracture is remarkable,it can improve bone metabolism and relieve the inflammatory reaction,it is helpful for fracture repair and is worth popularizing.
