摘要
目的:探讨银杏达莫注射液联合黛力新对急性缺血性脑卒中后抑郁的治疗效果。方法:选取符合标准的119例患者,随机分为2组,对照组60例,应用黛力新及缺血性脑卒中的常规治疗;试验组59例,在对照组治疗方案的基础上,联合应用银杏达莫注射液。2组均治疗14d,2组在治疗前后,采用HAMD-17及SDS评估患者抑郁的改变,ADL评估患者神经功能及日常生活能力的改变,并在治疗后3、6个月时随访,比较2组脑卒中的复发率。结果:治疗后,试验组HAMD-17、SDS及ADL评分改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后3个月时脑卒中复发率及治疗后6个月累计复发率,分别低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液联合黛力新能显著改善急性缺血性脑卒中后抑郁,降低脑卒中的复发率。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of Ginkgo dipyridolum injection combined with Deanxit on depression after acute ischemic stroke. Methods： One hundred and ninety-nine patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups, 60 in the control group, and were treated with routine treatment of new force and ischemic stroke. In the experimental group, 59 patients were treated with Ginkgo dipyridolum injection on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days. Before and after treatment, HAMD-17 and SDS were used to evaluate the depression of patients. ADL was used to assess the changes of neurological function and daily living ability.Follow-up was performed at 3 and 6 months after treatment. The recurrence rate of stroke in the group. Results： After treatment, the HAMD-17, SDS and ADL scores in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of stroke at 3 months after treatment and the cumulative recurrence rate at6 months after treatment were lower in the experimental group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ginkgo dipyridolum combined with Deanxit can significantly improve depression after acute ischemic stroke and reduce the recurrence rate of stroke.
