摘要
缺血性脑卒中是神经内科常见病,具有起病急、发展快、预后差等特点,属中医"中风"范畴,在常规西医的治疗基础上,联合针灸这一中医疗法可获得更为显著的临床疗效。目前,临床关于针灸作用机制的研究已取得一定进展,且治疗方法也日渐丰富,现本文对针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中的进展综述如下,旨在为该病的治疗提供参考。
Ischemic stroke is a common disease in the department of neurology,which has the characteristics of acute onset,rapid development and poor prognosis.It belongs to the category of “ stroke ”in traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,combined with acupuncture,a traditional Chinese medicine treatment,can obtain more obvious clinical curative effect.At present,the clinical research on the mechanism of acupuncture has made some progress,and the treatment methods are increasingly rich.This article reviews the progress of acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke,aiming to provide reference for the treatment of the disease.
