胰岛β细胞再生治疗糖尿病的研究进展 被引量:6

Research progress of islet β cell regeneration in the treatment of diabetes

摘要 胰岛β细胞功能进行性衰退及胰岛素抵抗是导致糖尿病发生、发展的主要原因。胰岛移植及人胚胎干细胞移植是一种治疗糖尿病的有效方法,但因供体来源缺乏、免疫排斥及癌变等问题限制了其在临床上的应用。内源性胰岛β细胞再生为糖尿病治疗提供了新思路。目前常见的内源性再生方法有β细胞自我复制、成体干细胞及胚胎干细胞诱导分化为胰岛素阳性细胞、终末分化细胞转分化为胰岛素分泌细胞。 Progressive function failure of islet β ceils and insulin resistance are the main causes of the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus. Islet transplantation and human embryonic stem cell transplantation are effective methods for the treatment of diabetes. However, the lack of donor sources, im- mune rejection and canceration limit their clinical applications. The regeneration of endogenous islet β cells provides a new way to treat diabetes. At present, common methods of endogenous regeneration include self- replication of β cells, differentiation of adult stem cells and embryonic stem cells into insulin-positive cells, and differentiation of terminal differentiated cells into insulin-secreting cells.
