摘要
制备并鉴定茶树油β-环糊精包合物,达到将茶树油固化的目的。采用饱和溶液法对茶树油进行包合,通过L_9(3~4)正交试验法优选出最佳包合工艺,并采用薄层层析法(TLC)、紫外分光光度法(UV)及显微成像法对包合物进行鉴别。结果显示,茶树油β-环糊精包合物的最佳包合工艺为:β-环糊精质量与茶树油体积之比为5︰1,无水乙醇与茶树油的体积比为2︰1,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为4 h,TLC、UV和显微成像均显示茶树油与β-环糊精形成稳定的包合物且其性质稳定。
To prepare and identify the tea tree oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex for solidified the tea tree oil, the saturated water solution was used. The best inclusion process was obtained by L9(3~4) orthogonal design. The properties of the inclusion complex were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC), ultra-violet spectrophotometry(UV), and microscopic imaging method. The results showed that the optimum preparing conditions were the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to tea tree oil 5/1(g/mL), volume ratio of ethanol to tea tree oil 2/1, temperature 60 ℃ and time 4 h. The obtained tea tree oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was confirmed having a stable property by TLC, ultra-violet spectrophotometry and microscopic imaging method.
