摘要
建设高水平的师资队伍是民办高职院校内涵发展的前提,也是加快推进现代职业教育体系建设的重点任务。我国民办高职院校师资队伍建设存在严重人才流失、师资队伍数量不足、师生比远远低于国家标准、师资结构失衡、师资素质不高、培养培训体系不健全等问题。基于问题驱动,对湖南地区的8所民办高职进行问卷调查及访谈,对反映的问题进行分析,提出民办高职师资队伍建设对策。
Building a high level of teaching staff is the premise of the connotation development of private higher vocational colleges, and also the key task of accelerating the construction of modem vocational education system. There are many problems such as the loss of qualified personnel, the insufficient number of teachers, the ratio of teachers and students far below the national standard, the imbalance of teachers＇ structure, the poor？ teachers＇ quality and the unsound training system. Based on the problem driven, 8 private higher vocational colleges in Hunan were investigated and interviewed, and the problems reflected were analyzed, and the Countermeasures for the construction of private higher vocational teachers were put forward.
