摘要
模具行业的飞速发展对模具人才的数量和质量提出了新的要求,构建科学合理的课程体系,创新教学模式,加快培养适应新常态下紧缺的一线模具技工,是当前技工院校的迫切任务。在对模具岗位群的大量调研和实证基础上,通过分析现阶段技工院校模具专业一体化教学存在的普遍问题,探讨基于职业岗位能力的一体化教学对策。
With the development of die ＆ mold industry, new requirements and standards for die ＆ mold technicians are put forward.In order to make the technicians more competitive, it becomes a must for technician training school to innovate its teaching mode and rebuild its curriculum.This paper tries to discuss and work out strategies of how to get technicians trained with skills and abilities needed.The discussion is based on the researches and experiments carried out and current issues analysed.
