摘要
文化自信为新时代中国特色对外话语体系建构提供新的契机,中华优秀传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化成为丰富的话语资源;要努力将中华优秀传统文化转化为中华民族对外基础性话语,将革命文化转化为中国共产党执政合法性话语,将社会主义先进文化转化为社会主义制度优越性话语,分别阐扬中华民族世界理念的前后一致性、中国共产党执政的历史必然性以及社会主义制度的现实合理性,从而丰富中国对外话语内容,增强中国对外话语力量,增进中国对外话语效果,提高中国国际话语权,提升中国文化软实力,加深国外对中国的认识和了解,为中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现创设良好的国际环境。
Cultural confidence provides a new opportunity for the construction of an international discourse system with Chinese Characteristics in the new era,with traditional Chinese culture,the revolutionary culture and the advanced socialist culture constituting rich resources for such discourse.In line with that,we should strive to translate traditional Chinese culture into a basic international discourse of the Chinese nation,the revolutionary culture into the discourse on the legitimacy of CPC's governance,and the advanced socialist culture into the discourse on the superiority of socialist system.To do so means to explain the consistency of the Chinese nation's view of the world,the historical necessity of the governance of the CPC,and the practical rationality of socialism,respectively,so as to enrich the content of China's international discourse,strengthen the power of China's international discourse,improve the effect of China's international discourse,enhance China's right to discourse at the global level,promote China's cultural soft power,improve the understanding of China abroad,and eventually create a good international environment for the realization of the China Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
