摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕文明交流互鉴问题,系统阐释了对人类文明发展的观点和看法,逐渐形成了新时代文明交流互鉴观。文明的多样性、平等性、包容性、交融性等内涵与特征使新时代文明交流互鉴成为可能,马克思主义和中华优秀传统文化给予新时代文明交流互鉴观以丰厚滋养;新时代文明交流互鉴对于中华民族伟大复兴、世界文明丰富发展、人类命运共同体构建等均具有重要作用,新时代深化文明交流互鉴要建立在温故知新、兼容并蓄、因地制宜的原则之上,通过创新与发展中华文化、推动中华文化走出去、用好现代化传媒手段等落到实处;新时代文明交流互鉴观超越了"文明中心论"和"制度模式单一论",是一种具有划时代意义的新型文明交往观。
Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping has focused on the issue of exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations,expounded his views on the development of human civilization,and gradually formed the concept of exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations in the new era.The diversity,equality,inclusiveness and integration of civilizations make exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations possible in the new era.Marxism and excellent traditional Chinese culture have enriched the concept of exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations in the new era.Exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations in the new era play an important role in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the rich development of world civilizations and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.To deepen exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations in the new era,we need to follow the principle of reviewing the old and learning from the new,accommodating each other and adapting measures to local conditions.We should put it into practice by innovating and developing Chinese culture,promoting Chinese culture to go out and making good use of modern media means.The concept of exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations in the new era transcends the "civilization-centered theory" and the "system model unitary theory" and is a new concept of exchanges among civilizations with great significance.
