摘要
目的了解淮安市中学生健康状况,为学生常见病防治工作提供依据。方法收集、整理并分析淮安市综合业务平台学生常见病监测数据。结果 2016年淮安市中学生视力不良率84.74%,高中生视力不良率(92.42%)高于初中生(79.77%)、女生视力不良率(87.21%)高于男生(82.39%),两两差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别=112.093、17.052,P均<0.05);淮安市中学生营养不良率9.30%,初中生营养不良率(10.73%)高于高中生(7.11%)、女生营养不良率(13.76%)明显高于男生(5.08%),两两差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别=14.022、84.573,P均<0.05);初中生体质量超标率、肥胖率均高于高中生,男生体质量超标率、肥胖率均高于女生,两两差异有统计学意义(χ2分别=8.406、26.885、24.744、69.707;P均<0.05)。结论视力不良、营养不良、体质量超标及肥胖是淮安市中学生主要健康问题,应该进一步加强对学生常见病的综合防治工作,保障学生的身心健康。
Objective To understand the health status of secondary school students in Huai＇an City, so as to pro-vide the evidence for improving the prevention work against common diseases. Methods The data of student＇s common dis-ease monitoring were collected on the integrated service platform in 2016, and the sorts were analyzed. Results The poor vi-sion rate among the secondary school students was 84.74% in Huai＇an City in 2016, and the rate among the senior highschool students（92.42%） was higher than that among the junior high school students（79.77%）, and the rate among the girls（87.21%） was higher than that among the boys（82.39%）, and the differences between the two groups were significant（χ2 val-ues were 112.093 and 17.052, respectively, and both P〈0.05）. The malnutrition rate among the secondary school students was9.3%, and the rate among the junior high school students（10.73%） was higher than that among the senior high school students（7.11%）, and the malnutrition rate among the girls（13.76%） was higher than that among the boys（5.08%）, and the differencesbetween the two groups were significant（χ2 value were 14.022 and 84.573, respectively, and both P〈0.05）. The rates of over-weight and obesity among the junior high school students were higher than those among the senior high school students, andthe rates among the boys were higher than those among the girls, and the differences between the two groups were significant（χ2 values were 8.406, 6.885, 24.744, 69.707, respectively, all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Poor vision, malnutrition, overweightand obesity are major health problems among the secondary school students in Huai＇an City. Therefore, the comprehensive in-tervention should be further strengthened.
