摘要
目的了解上海市金山区朱泾镇高中生的视力状况,为高中生视力不良防治工作提供依据。方法 2018年对上海市金山区朱泾镇3所中学3 234名高中生的视力情况进行调查,分析视力不良检出率。结果上海市金山区朱泾镇高中生视力不良率为81.94%,以重度视力不良为主,占69.92%。不同类别学校中职业高中学生视力不良检出率最低,检出率为74.07%,而普通高中学生视力不良检出率最高为88.70%,重点高中学生视力不良检出率为86.96%,不同类别高中省视力不良检出率差异有统计学意义(x2=93.51,P<0.01);女生视力不良检出率高于男生(x2=43.16,P<0.01);视力不良检出率随着年级的增高呈上升趋势(x趋势2=18.38,P<0.01)。结论上海市金山区朱泾镇高中生视力不良问题较为严重,重度视力不良问题较为突出。应采取科学可行的手段加强辖区高中生视力的防治。
Objective To understand the visual acuity of senior high school students in Zhujing Town,Jinshan District,Shanghai, and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of poor eyesight of senior high school students.Methods The visual acuity of 3 234 senior high school students from 3 schools in Zhujing Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai was investigated in 2018, and the detection rate of poor eyesightvisual acuity was analyzed.Results The rate of poor eyesight of senior high school students in Zhujing Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai was 81.94%, and the major one was severe eyesight, of which severe eyesight was the majority, accounting for 69.92%. Among the different types of schools, vocational high school students had the lowest detection rate of poor eyesight, the detection rate was 74.07%, while the ordinary high school students had the highest detection rate of 88.70%, and the key high school students had a poor eyesight detection rate of 86.96%. There was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of poor eyesight in different categories of high school.The detection rate of poor eyesight of vocational high school students was the lowest in different types of schools, with a detection rate of 74.07%, while that of ordinary high school students was the highest of 88.70%, and that of key high school students was 86.96%. There was significant difference in the detection rate of poor eyesight among different types of high school students(x2= 93.51,P< 0.01). The detection rate of visual impairment in female students was higher than that in male students(x2= 43.16,P< 0.01). The detection rate of visual impairment increased with the increase of grade(xtrend2=18.38,P< 0.01).Conclusion High school students iIn Zhujing Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai, suffer from serious visual impairment, especially severe visual impairment. Scientific and feasible measures should be taken to strengthen the prevention and treatment of high school students’ eyesight. the problem of poor eyesight among senior high
