多层螺旋CT与1.5T磁共振成像用于急性颅脑损伤的诊断效果比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较多层螺旋CT与1.5T磁共振成像用于急性颅脑损伤的诊断效果。方法选择临汾市中心医院2015年6月至2017年2月收治的疑似急性颅脑损伤患者110例为研究对象,对受检者进行多层螺旋CT检查和1.5T磁共振成像检查,对比两种检查方式的诊断价值。结果磁共振成像诊断正确率、误诊率、漏诊率、特异性、敏感性分别为95.0%、10.0%、5.0%、90.0%、95.0%;多层螺旋CT诊断正确率、误诊率、漏诊率、特异性、敏感性分别为58.0%、60.0%、42.0%、40.0%、58.0%,两种诊断结果差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=38.075、5.494、98.075、5.494、38.075,均P〈0.05)。结论1.5T磁共振成像用于急性颅脑损伤诊断中效果更为显著。 Objective To compare the effect of multislice spiral CT and 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of acute brain injury. Methods From June 2015 to February 2017,110 patients with suspected acute craniocerebral injury in Linfen Central Hospital were selected as study objects. All the patients received muhi - slice spiral CT and 1. 5T magnetic resonance imaging examination. The diagnostic value of two kinds of examination methods was compared. Results The accuracy rate,misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate, specificity and sensitivity of the magnetic resonance imaging were 95.00%, 10.00%, 5.00%, 90.00%, 95.00%, respectively, which of the multi - slice spiral CT were 58.00%, 60.00%, 42.00%, 40.00%, 58.00%, respectively, there were statistically significant differences between the two methods (χ^2 = 38. 075,5. 494, 98. 075,5. 494,38. 075, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging for the diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury is more significant.
