摘要
目的:探讨CT与核磁共振在早期脑梗死中的诊断价值,为脑梗死患者的早期诊断提供理论依据。方法:2018年1月~2020年1月,随机抽取在本院治疗的88例早期脑梗死患者作为研究对象,所有研究对象分别实施CT和核磁共振检查,比较两种不同检测技术的诊断准确性是否存在差异。结果:CT检查诊断出不同部位病灶共59个,核磁共振诊断出不同部位病灶共83个。核磁共振病灶检出率显著高于CT检查,比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。核磁共振对不同大小病灶的检出率均显著高于CT检查,比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于早期脑梗死患者的核磁共振诊断价值高于CT,应用价值较高。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in early cerebral infarction,and to provide theoretical basis for early diagnosis of cerebral infarction patients.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,88 patients with early cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were randomly selected as research subjects.All subjects were examined by CT and MRI respectively,and the diagnostic accuracy of the two different detection techniques was compared to see if there was any difference.Results:CT diagnosed 59 lesions in different locations,MRI diagnosed 83 lesions in different locations.The lesion detection rate of MRI was significantly higher than that of CT,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The detection rate of MRI in lesions of different sizes was significantly higher than that of CT,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI has higher diagnostic value than CT in patients with early cerebral infarction,and its application value is higher.MRI is more worthy of clinical promotion when it meets the indications.
