摘要
目的优选出最佳的栀子-大黄药对提取工艺。方法采用正交试验结合高效液相测定法,以栀子苷、大黄素、大黄酸含量为评价指标。结果醇提工艺优于水提工艺,优化工艺为10倍量60%乙醇,提取1.0h,提取2次。结论 HPLC法结合正交试验优选出药对的最佳提取工艺稳定可靠,可为栀子-大黄药对的进一步研究提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the best extraction process of drug pair of rhubarb and gardenia. METHODS The contents of geniposide,emodin and rhein were evaluated by orthogonal test combined with HPLC.[RESULTS The alcohol extraction process is better than the water extraction process. The optimal extraction process is added 10 times amount of 60% concentration ethanol,and extracting for 2 times,1. 0 h each time. CONCLUSION HPLC method combined with orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of the drug pair. The method is stable and reliable,which can provide reference for the further study of rhubarb and gardenia.
