摘要
研究不同产地栀子种子品质和不同处理对种子萌发的影响,为各产地栀子种子育苗、人工栽培提供科学依据。对不同产地栀子种子净度、千粒重和含水量进行测定,对栀子种子设置不同培养温度、不同光照以及不同质量分数的赤霉素(GA3)、KNO3浸种处理,观察记录种子发芽率并进行统计分析。种子净度福建最高(88.13%),重庆最低(72.68%);千粒重福建最高为(3.95 g),广西最低(2.82 g);含水量湖南最低为9.72%,重庆最高为10.89%。各产地栀子种子发芽的最适温度为30℃、黑暗条件下用300 mg/L GA3或0.5%KNO3处理。得到各产地栀子种子萌发的最适处理条件,对各产地栀子种子育苗、人工栽培具有重要指导意义。
The seed quality of gardenia from different areas and the effects of different treatments on seed germination were studied so as to provide scientific basis for seed breeding and artificial cultivation. The seed purity,1 000 grain weight and water content of gardenia from different areas were measured,and the seeds were treated with different temperature,different light and different concentrations of Gibberellin( GA3),KNO3 soaking,and the seed germination rates were observed,recorded and analyzed. The seed purity of the seeds from Fujian was up to 88. 13%,that of the seeds from Chongging was the lowest making 72. 68%; the 1 000 grain weight of the seeds from Fujan was the highest,making 3. 95 g,the lowest,2. 82 g was that of the seeds from Guangxi; the water content of the seeds from Hunan was the lowest,making 9. 72%,the highest,10. 89% was that from Chongqing. The optimum conditions for the germination of gardenia seeds were 30 ℃ of temperature,treatment with 300 mg /L of concentration of GA3 or 0. 5% KNO3 in darkness. This study provides guidance for the seed breeding and artificial cultivation of gardenia seeds in different areas.
