摘要
目的分析黔产栀子花挥发油化学成分.方法利用固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱(SPME/GC/MS)联用技术对栀子花的挥发油化学成分进行了研究.结果共鉴定出32种成分,占挥发油总成分的81.74%.结论栀子花挥发油主要化学成分是芳樟醇(27.73%),戊烯酸叶醇酯(24.38%),惕格酸己酯(11.42%),α-法尼烯(5.20%)等.
Objective:To analyze constituents of volatile oil from Gardenia jasminoides.Methods:The constituents of volatile oil from Gardenia jasminoides was investigated by SPME/GC/MS.Results:32 compounds were separated and identified,which accounted for 81.74% of total volatile oil.Conclusion:The main constituents in the essential oil from Gardenia jasminoides are linalool(27.73%),(Z)-3-hexenyl pentenoate(24.38%),Hexyl tiglate(11.42%)and α-farnesene(5.20%).
