高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离(MHRD)是指因高度近视性黄斑裂孔导致的视网膜脱离。高度近视易导致MHRD,这与高度近视眼特殊的解剖结构有关,而一旦发生视网膜脱离就会对视力造成严重的影响。随着各类手术技术的不断进步,玻璃体切除术(PPV)联合内界膜剥离、晶状体囊膜瓣移植、后巩膜加固术等手术方式的创新及改进,以及眼内填充物硅油、惰性气体(C3F8)等的应用,手术成功率不断提高。本文就高度近视MHRD的发病机制、手术方式、PPV后玻璃体腔填充物的选择、MHRD的预防及预后等相关方面作一综述。
