摘要
对5406放线菌培养条件进行优化。通过单因素试验及正交试验筛选出高氏1号加富培养基最适配方以及环境条件。试验结果表明:高氏1号加富培养基适宜配方为在高氏1号基础培养基中加入麦芽糖15g/L、牛肉膏4g/L、B120.1g/L,pH值7.5;5406放线菌生长适宜的环境条件为温度为35℃,空气相对湿度为60%左右,无光或弱光条件。利用筛选出的高氏1号培养基和环境条件培养5406放线菌,菌丝生长速度快,菌落较厚,表面致密,长势好。
The culture conditions of 5406 actinomycetes were optimized.Single factor test and orthogonal experiment were used to select the most suitable and environmental conditions of high-rich culture medium.The experimental results showed that the appropriate formula of the high enrichment medium was 15 g/L,4 g/L,B120.1 g/L,and pH value of 7.5.5406 actinomycetes growth environmental conditions suitable for the temperature of 35℃,air relative humidity is 60% or so,matt or low light conditions.5406 actinomycetes were cultured by using the selected culture medium and environmental conditions.The growth rate of mycelia was fast,the colony was thicker,the surface was dense,and the growth was good.
